It seems like I used so many effects, but in fact I did not. The weather was horrible, so my boyfriend and I weren't able to shoot outside. On Sunday, my boyfriend and I went to the mall, because I needed bathing suit. We were in one shop and I was just looking at one bikini and two random girls looked at me like: EW. Hi everyone! Long time no see. You know the time before summer holiday, when it all gets overwhelming? Well, I know it. I only have one test left on Monday and then..freedom! I haven't been posting because of that, but summer means more time and more time means more posts! Back to the post, here is the second part of the "Running posts". You can read the first one here.This one is going to be about how to stay motivated, because sometimes it is difficult to force yourself to go running or even to work out. Here are some tips that help me. 1. FIND SOME CUTE WORK OUT CLOTHES! I know, not everybody can afford it (me), but I have a sulution. I made a deal with my dad. When I run regularly, he will buy me some nice clothes for running. He's already bought me running shoes. So you can also make a deal with your dad! And if you have the money go and buy some cute clothes or shoes! I am sure it will make you more confident.

2. READ ABOUT RUNNING. This helps so much! I've read only one book about running, but let me tell you it is amazing!!! It's called RUNNING LIKE A GIRL by Alexandra Heminsley (you can see original cover hereor here.) You can find some useful information, truths and facts in it.
3.REMEMBER WHY YOU STARTED.Did you start because you wanted to lose weight? Good keep going. Did you start because you wanted to be fit? Great keep going. Speaking personally, I started because I wanted to be healthy/ get over my "illness". I've had some mental issues and running helped me a lot! I think I'd talked about it in my last post.
4.THINK OF WHAT IT DOES TO YOUR BODY& MIND. Running is great if you want to lose weight and stay fit. Everyone knows it. But what about your mind? Professional runners run because of their mind. Because running clears your mind. And clear mind means better life. Running affects your life a lot. Once you start doing it properly, you never want to stop.
5.NO EXCUSES! The hardest part about running is to stand up, put on your shoes and go outside. Trust me it is the hardest part. But don't think about it, don't think about the difficulties it takes..don't make excuses! Just run.

Today I thought I would do something different. I am going to share what I was doing on weekend.
We went to our cottage in Slovak Paradise/Slovenský Raj. On Friday, I was at school and then we went there. I was in all day and I was working out.
On Saturday, me and my dad went on a 15km hike. I took some pictures but when I asked my dad to take pictures of me, he did not know how to use camera, so the pictures are not in focus. My dad is cute, He tried guys.
On Sunday, I was just packing my things, relaxing and cleaning the house. Oh and also I went running when I got back home.
So that is everything for today. I know my weekend was not really exciting, but it was chill. How did you spend your weekend? Were you relaxing? Let me know!
Hello beautiful people! Today it's the day when I am finally writing you about running (does this make any sense?). Before I get started I want to say that I am not an expert in any way, I am sharing my experiences, some inspiration and maybe some tips that WORK FOR ME, so they may not work for you. Keep these things in mind.

I am going to start with how I started running. I am being 100% honest with you.
One of the reasons I have started running was because of my body. I have always wanted to lose weight and my dad told me about running. I tried it and didn't like it.
Then a year later, I started running because of my health problems. I don't know if you guys knew this, but sport helps with mental illnesses. I desperately needed a change or something. I needed to concentrate on something or I could take pills. I chose sport.
Running really helped me. Physically and mentally. It turned out that running helped my thoughts, because when running you are concentrating on your breath and don't really think of anything. Or at least that's what I do. I meditate while running. From the physical point of view, running helps to keep your body fit and awake. You are running on fresh air which is amazing for your health.
Running has a lot of benefits. I may talk about it in the next post. If you want me to do more of these, please let me know! I have so many ideas and thoughts, which I want to share with you!
